1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Livewave Media Inc. (operating as Onelivewave) and govern your use of our website, accounts, digital live-stream tickets, event access, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the policies linked below. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate and current registration and transaction information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorized persons.
- Notify Customer Service promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.
We may request reasonable verification before changing account details, restoring access, or processing a sensitive request.
3. Purchases, payment, and digital tickets
Prices, currency, event details, and available payment methods are displayed before checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown when you confirm a purchase.
A ticket grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the specified event, subject to these Terms and any event-specific conditions. Unless expressly permitted, tickets and access credentials may not be resold, reproduced, transferred, shared, or used commercially.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Philippine consumer law.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Onelivewave lawfully and must not:
- Record, copy, rebroadcast, distribute, or publicly display event content without authorization.
- Circumvent ticket controls, digital rights management, geographic restrictions, or platform security.
- Use bots, scraping tools, automated purchasing methods, or other means that disrupt fair access.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Commit fraud, abuse payment systems, impersonate another person, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Use the platform in violation of applicable law or event-specific rules disclosed before purchase.
5. Event changes and service availability
Event organizers control creative content, performance details, and schedules. An event may be postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled for operational, safety, legal, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. When this occurs, available ticket options will be communicated under the Return & Refund Policy.
We work to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party infrastructure, device compatibility, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
6. Intellectual property
Onelivewave, event organizers, and their licensors retain all rights in the platform, branding, software, graphics, recordings, broadcasts, and event content. No ownership rights are transferred by a ticket purchase.
You may use the platform and purchased access only for personal, non-commercial viewing unless written permission states otherwise.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users or content, comply with law, address payment reversal, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Account closure does not cancel payment obligations, active disputes, or provisions intended to survive termination.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
Onelivewave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Privacy, disputes, and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Complaints and disputes should first follow our Dispute Resolution Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the dispute process, proceedings may be brought before the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
